Not sure where to start? That’s totally okay. You can book a free 15-minute consult call to get a feel for how I work and ask any questions you might have about therapy. No pressure, no commitment. Just a quick chat to help you decide if you feel comfortable moving forward.

Online Psychotherapy
For many of us, it’s easier to open up when we’re in our own space, like your living room, bedroom, or somewhere that feels safe and comfortable. In online therapy, you get a space where you can be yourself to explore and understand your unique journey.

Therapy in Motion
If you’re like me, sitting still for too long can feel like an impossible task. Therapy in Motion takes our conversation outside, where we walk, breathe, and talk through whatever’s on your mind, all while connecting with nature. Sessions take place at suitable locations within Canterbury/Bankstown or Sutherland Shire.
